1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AlgoSwish LLC ("AlgoSwish," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, retains, and protects personal information when you use the AlgoSwish mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

AlgoSwish is a sports analytics, research, and informational service. AlgoSwish is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or wagering platform, and does not process, place, or facilitate bets on behalf of users.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Service, including when you:

• browse or use the app;

• create an account;

• sign in using email/password, Google, or Apple;

• purchase or restore a subscription;

• contact us for support; or

• use app features such as settings and locally stored bet tracking tools.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information:

A. Account Information
We may collect:

• email address;

• display name or profile name;

• authentication identifiers;

• account status; and

• sign-in method.

If you sign in using Google or Apple, we may receive account information made available by that provider, such as your email address and profile name.

B. Subscription and Purchase Information
We may collect or receive:

• subscription tier;

• entitlement status;

• free trial status;

• renewal or expiration dates;

• product identifiers; and

• purchase or transaction metadata provided by Apple, Google, and/or RevenueCat.

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.

C. Support and Communications Information
If you contact us, we may collect:

• your email address;

• the content of your message; and

• any screenshots, attachments, or other information you choose to provide.

D. Technical and Usage Information
We and our service providers may collect certain technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Service, such as:

• IP address;

• user agent;

• app or service access timestamps;

• request logs;

• basic server log information; and

• similar diagnostic or operational metadata.

Our backend currently uses standard access logging that may record request-related information such as IP address and user agent for operational, security, and troubleshooting purposes.

E. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Certain information may be stored locally on your device, such as:

• app preferences and settings;

• locally cached app state; and

• bet-tracking or journal entries you choose to save in the app.

At launch, the user-facing bet tracking/journal feature is stored locally on-device and is not synced to our backend servers.

4. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

AlgoSwish does not intentionally collect:

• precise GPS location;

• contacts;

• photos;

• camera content;

• microphone recordings;

• health information;

• biometric information;

• government-issued identification numbers; or

• full payment card numbers,

unless we clearly disclose such collection and update this Privacy Policy before doing so.

5. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Service;

• create and manage user accounts;

• authenticate users;

• support Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In;

• provide subscription access, restore purchases, and manage entitlements;

• save settings and preferences;

• respond to support inquiries;

• monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;

• detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Service;

• comply with legal obligations; and

• enforce our agreements and protect our rights.

6. How We Share Information

We may share personal information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Service, such as providers for:

• authentication;

• app distribution and billing;

• subscription management;

• hosting and infrastructure; and

• security, operational support, and technical services.

At launch, these providers may include services such as Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play.

We may also disclose information:

• if required by law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or legal process;

• if necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property;

• to investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service; or

• in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, dissolution, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

7. Local Device Storage and Bet Tracking

Some app functionality relies on information stored locally on your device. At launch, bet-tracking or bet-journal information entered by you in the app is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our backend as part of the user-facing tracking feature.

Because locally stored information may remain on your device unless deleted by you, uninstalling the app, clearing app storage, or using available in-app controls may affect that local data.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

• provide the Service;

• maintain accounts and subscription records;

• comply with legal obligations;

• resolve disputes;

• enforce agreements; and

• detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes such as security, billing, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Information stored only on your device may remain there until you delete it, clear app storage, uninstall the app, or use any in-app deletion tools applicable to that data.

9. Account Deletion and Data Deletion Requests

If you created an account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through:

• the in-app account deletion feature; and

• the web-based deletion request method identified on our website.

Please note that certain information may be retained after a deletion request where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or legal compliance purposes.

Deleting your account may not automatically delete data stored only on your device unless that data is also removed through the app, your device settings, or deletion of the app.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law, which may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.

Residents of certain U.S. states and users in Canada may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a privacy-related request, contact us at dusan@algoswish.com or use the deletion or privacy request method identified on our website.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

11. Children and Age Restrictions

AlgoSwish is not directed to children. You must be at least 21 years old, or the age of majority or minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Service.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone not permitted to use the Service, we may delete that information and disable or terminate the related account.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International Processing

AlgoSwish LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Service from Canada or another jurisdiction, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or interact with third-party services, including authentication providers, billing providers, app stores, and infrastructure providers. Those third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services except as required by applicable law.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, on our website, by email, or by another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
