ACCOUNT DELETION
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
AlgoSwish users can request deletion of their account and associated personal information in either of the following ways:
In-App Deletion
If you created an AlgoSwish account, you can request account deletion directly within the app through the account/settings section.Web Request
You may also request deletion by emailing dusan@algoswish.com with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request
To help us process your request, please include:
the email address associated with your AlgoSwish account; and
a brief statement confirming that you want your account deleted.
What Happens When You Request Deletion
When we process a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify your account information and associated personal information, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
complying with legal obligations;
resolving disputes;
enforcing our agreements;
preventing fraud or abuse;
maintaining security; or
keeping required billing, tax, or transaction records.
Important Note About Locally Stored Data
At launch, the bet-tracking / bet-journal feature in AlgoSwish is stored locally on your device and is not part of your synced account data.
Because of that, deleting your AlgoSwish account may not automatically delete bet-tracking information stored only on your device. To remove locally stored bet-tracking data, you may need to:
use any in-app clear/delete controls available for that data;
clear the app’s local storage through your device settings; or
uninstall the app.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity before completing your deletion request to help protect your account and personal information.
